Issue:
After creating an Accountant Copy in QuickBooks, it is locked for making changes.
If there is no Accountant reconciliation to incorporate, it can be unlocked.
Resolution:
Start QuickBooks -- File (top menu) --> Send Company File --> Accountant's Copy --> choose Remove Restrictions --> Confirm yes.
