March 25, 2019: Regardless of office, branch, elected, or appointed, as our representatives, I measure them to a high standard of being truthful and respectful, and upholding the US Constitution. I expect our representatives to wake up each day appreciative that they have such a responsibility, as they seek to use their authority with the utmost of moral oversight and yes, authentic thankfulness. I expect our representatives to be proud to be an American for such a time as this, and have the best interests of We the People at the forefront as they do their jobs, as they remember they work for us.

Pollyanna thinking? No. This was the sacrifice of our Founding Fathers, and the cornerstone by which our country was built.

All this posturing for territory and power is reprehensible, but alas, it's been a tragic mainstay in all politics, from all time. (An aside, thank you to those in office who are behaving with proper decorum.) What we've seen is the corrupt breakdown of those ideals, and a toxic gladiator-esque blood thirst of the Roman Colosseum on our soil, propagated by a populace who has been complicit and silent, bent by its chosen resources and an educational system purposed to change the language and ideology of its followers. Those who serve in office who cannot and will not abide by our Founding tenants should be removed from office. But here again more importantly, they should have been thoroughly vetted and never voted into places of influence at all.

To much is given, much is required.

The trust of The People wanes as deep as the wind in the storm. Our youth are forming their plumb lines by watching these antics in the highest offices of the land as produced by the heavy hand of the media, not to mention, the world at large is feasting upon this nonsense. An honorable, moral, integral, and engaged humanity is a prosperous and innovative humanity, even as we disagree on issues and work together to solves those issues as of the people, by the people, and for the people.

What are you going to do about it? You were also given an authority over the land. Stand. Pray. Speak. Know to whom you belong, and choose your alignments wisely.

Galatians 6:9 Amplified Bible (AMP)
"Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in."
